About Bahria Heaven

Bahria Heaven is an independent community app for people in Bahria Town, Rawalpindi. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by Bahria Town (Private) Limited, and nothing in the app is an official Bahria Town notice or service.

Who can use it

You must be 18 or older, and physically in the town when you join (or approved as an overseas owner). One account per person. The information you give must be true.

Staying active

Members open the app inside the town at least once every 15 days, or switch on travel mode before leaving. Accounts that don't become read-only after 22 days and paused after 45 days, and are restored by opening the app inside the town. Using fake-location apps or any other way of faking your location is not allowed and leads to suspension.

Buying, selling, services and deliveries

Listings, services, orders and deliveries are arrangements between members and businesses. Bahria Heaven does not take payments, is not a party to any deal, and does not guarantee any item, service, delivery or member. Businesses are responsible for what they sell and for holding any licence the law requires. Meet safely, check items before paying and use the report button if something is wrong.

Not allowed

Illegal goods and services; weapons; drugs; prescription medicines without a valid prescription; stolen, counterfeit or adult content; scams and fake listings; harassment, threats and hate speech; sharing other people's private information; and anything else against the community guidelines.

Suspension

We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the community guidelines. Suspended members can contact support to appeal.

No warranty

The app is provided as it is. We work to keep it available and accurate but cannot promise it will always be either, and we are not responsible for the actions of members or businesses.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will tell members in the app before important changes take effect.
